When selecting a ski rental through the Skirentalresorts platform you book directly through the local ski rental shop, without using an external agent.

The advantages are clear! A discount on the total booking amount and no waiting times at the rental shop. Just show your booking voucher and you will be served immediately.

The online booking is possible up to one day before the first rental day. This time is necessary to guarantee the booked equipment also in times of high season.

For the booking following information in necessary: Surname, last name, address, phone number, e-mail, height, shoe size, weight and date of birth. All this information is necessary for ever person who rents (family member, friend, partner etc..) in order to adjust the ski binding correctly following ISO standard.

Every rental store offers the choice to book either the category with model selection at the shop or the direct model selection online. If you are not sure which ski suits best your skiing ability you can choose the category. The professional staff at the rental shop will advise you and help you in your choice.

If you already know what kind of equipment you would like, you just need to select the model and choose the preferred ski or snowboard. 

Yes. Ski poles are included in the rental price. 

The customer has the chance to insure the rented equipment against theft and damage. In this case the responsibility belongs to the rental shop. Detailed information can be found in the general conditions of every online ski rental shop under „credits & impressum”.

The booked equipment can be changed for free with equipment of the same category throughout the whole rental period. The change with material of a higher category is possible with a small surcharge. Some rental shops offer this option for free. You can get this information in the general conditions of every rental shop under „credits & impressum“. The reimbursement in case of a change with a less expensive category is not possible.

It is possible to pay with credit card at the moment of the online booking or directly in the rental shop at the pick up of the equipment, with credit card or cash.

After the booking procedure you will automatically receive a booking confirmation. A copy of the booking will be sent to the shop. Print your voucher and show it to the rental shop at the equipment pick up.

One ski or snowboard service (base repair, edges, waxing) is included in the rental price. Every additional service will be charged. The equipment is already serviced at the time of rental pick up.

The equipment can be picked up from 4 pm the day before rental (excluding night skiing).

Many rental shops offer a modern ski and snowboard storage. Book your storage space online to guarantee availability.

This can but shouldn’t happen! In order to meet our quality standards the rented equipment can be only rented after service. In case the rented equipment should not meet the quality standards because not serviced and compromise the skiing we kindly ask you to inform the rental shop immediately.

Yes. You just need to present a certificate from the doctor or the hospital in order to get the money back for the remaining rental period.

Cancellation with rental reimbursement is possible only in case of health issues, accidents or other serious cases (ex. death of a family member or a group member). The cancellation has to be written. The rental shop charges 40,00 euro per person for cancellation fees. The difference between cancellation fee and rental price will be reimbursed through a bank transfer. We recommend to purchase a cancellation insurance which amounts to 2% of the rental price (booking cancellation insurance WinterEasy). This will cover the cancellation fees. The amount will be kept from the rental shop for guaranty. The rental fee and booking fee will be reimbursed by 100%.

Personal information from the guest will be used only for the booking, according to Italian and European privacy law. The rental shop will keep the privacy and will not sell, lease or give them to third parties. Personal information will be used by the rental shop only for rental purposes or used for marketing purposes (ex. Newsletters or offers sent via e-mail, mail, etc.).
